Ruth McNulty

BPA(Hons), FDA, Dip in Sports Massage, Personal Trainer

As a professional Dancer, Yogini and Personal Trainer, sports and movement have always been a part of my life and I have a deep understanding of the body. Anatomy is my great passion and I use massage to facilitate healing but also as a preventative practice to maintain and develop balance and peak form.

I believe that everything is achievable with time and care and I put generous servings of both into myself, my clients and people who want to feel better collaborating and nurturing a relationship between you and your body.

While studying as a dancer, my body struggled with many of the physical demands, which led me to regular soft tissue massage. This had a profound effect on my body’s ability to cope and I know first hand how it can make a huge difference to your overall movement, whether you are looking to heal an injury, reduce pain or optimize your performance.

I work to open doors for my clients and share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the practice to empower you to lead a pain-free, healthy, happy existence. Besides offering a deeply healing massage, I will give you postural assessment and analysis, offer an exercise training program, encourage you to geek out on anatomy and tailor a solution that works.

My Vision

I work to open doors for my clients and share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the practice to empower you to lead a pain-free, healthy, happy existence. Besides offering a deeply healing massage, I will give you postural assessment and analysis, offer an exercise training program, encourage you to geek out on anatomy and tailor a solution that works.

 Deep Tissue and Sports Massage

We go deep with this kind of massage, working with the lines of the body to unwind and unlock the hard to reach places. It’s a potent resource for people who move their bodies a lot but also has wonderful restorative benefits for all.

It can help to create sense of wellbeing, promote better sleep, reduce stress and ease the discomfort that may occur from an injury, trauma or a hectic lifestyle.

Pregnancy and post-natal massage

There are few events in life more physically demanding than pregnancy and childbirth. Treatments for women, during and after pregnancy, are highly recommended and will help enable mum's body to naturally adjust to the changes, both chemically and structurally.
