Semi-Permanent Eyebrows

Elite trained by Haj Aslam of Ashwood Academy in September 2016, Ursula is fully qualified in semi-permanent make up, licensed and fully insured.

Ursula specialises in semi-permanent make up for eyebrows.

This treatment enables you to look beautiful bare faced, it is a life enhancing beauty treatment. Semi-permanent make up is suitable for those wanting to enhance their existing shape, or to create new brows for their over plucked eyebrows. It is ideal for those short on time, and also is ideal for clients who may suffer from Alopecia and those with allergies to conventional make up.
Semi-permanent make up is a form of cosmetic tattooing. Ursula offers three types of procedure, Microblading, Micropigmentation machine method or a combination of both to achieve your desired look.

Microblading is performed by depositing pigment in the upper region of the dermis with the use of a tool with attached needles.
The Microblading technique involves drawing individual, fine hair strokes that are very natural looking.
This technique is tailored to benefit individuals who desire brow definition, to cover gaps of lost hair, to extend an area, or full reconstruction if the brows have little/no hair.

Eyebrow Tattoos

The treatment begins with drawing the desired shape, no tattooing will be done until the client is 100% satisfied with the desired shape.

The colour choice is client specific and is mixed using a selection of semi-permanent micropigments to complement hair colour and skin tone. Micropigments react differently with each skin type and fade accordingly, depending on skin regime, sun exposure, environmental and after care.
Immediately post treatment, eyebrows will appear darker than expected, but will fade up to 50% during the healing process over the following 2-4 weeks. The 2nd application at a minimum of 4-6 weeks later includes a touch up to ensure micropigments are healing properly and responding well, also any minor alterations to colour and shape if necessary can be made at this stage.
Microblading, although semi-permanent, lasts between 6–24 months if aftercare instructions are followed.

The treatment is a 2 step application process, with further top ups as and when required.

Microblading Micropigmentation Machine

The digital machine method is ideal for those clients who either would like a more subtle powder shadow effect through the brows, or a more bold block brow effect. This tattoo technique creates a different style to Microblading as it is a full brow as opposed to individual hair strokes.

The powder eyebrow tattoo technique can also be combined with Microblading to achieve a fuller and more defined look.
