We’re looking for a freelance, part‑time administrator to join the Movement Matters team.
This role supports the smooth running of the business in a neuro‑inclusive, flexible and highly organised way. It’s a self‑employed contractor position, mostly home‑based, and spread over a few hours each week.

We’re seeking someone compassionate, steady and structured, who enjoys creating order, reducing overwhelm, and supporting a neurodivergent founder in a calm, reliable way.
The work includes:
· Managing emails, calendars and digital filing
· Formatting documents and supporting form‑filling
· Booking system (Cliniko) admin, payments and upkeep
· Light bookkeeping (Xero/Excel)
· Basic tech support (iPhone, iPad, Windows, Gmail)
· Researching business queries (HMRC, NI, wages)
· Acting as a practical sounding board
· Optional: simple marketing tasks (Mailchimp, blogs, posts)
