As we dive into 2025, we now formally introduce our fabulous new member of staff - Dagmar - who is an exceptionally talents Sports Massage Therapist.
Dagmar trained with Ruth at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance many years ago and she has since re-trained in sports-massage therapy to join us at Movement Matters.
Dagmar will be working every Monday. So, if you are injury-free but looking to feel great; in need of a strong sports massage in between training or pre/post event; or simply looking for some much needed self-care - Dagmar is here for you!
A treatment with Dagmar is £50 for a 1 hour treatment or £70 for 1.5 hours.
